One thing for sure, my students will hear me say “SMILE! so you can breathe” hahaha Have you ever tried it?? When you’re dancing a non-stop 3-5 minute Tahitian fast hip shaking routine where you are trying your best to keep your feet close
and your shoulders from moving, a smile will help you breathe without looking so tired 🙂 In fact, it is A LOT more forgiving when you make a mistake on stage and you’re smiling 😉 Don’t be that “mad face” dancer on stage! brighten the stage, brighten the room and share your Aloha heart with a smile! Trust me, its contagious!
